Oddono’s Gelato
I often joke that I traveled all the way to London just for Oddono’s—and honestly, there’s some truth to that. This is hands down my favorite gelato shop in the city! Their Pistachio gelato is the flavor they’re best known for and a must try. It isn’t too sweet and does not have that artificial color or taste to it. Even during the winter months, you’ll find a line out the door, which speaks volumes about how incredible it is. If you’re staying somewhere with freezer access, do yourself a favor and grab a pint to take home!

Borough Market
Having explored both Borough Market and Camden Market, I found myself favoring Borough Market due to its impressive range of vendors. Out of the two, felt Borough Market had more food options while Camden Market had more vendors overall. Camden Market has a fantastic Crepe booth that is absolutely worth stopping by. If you are a matcha fan stop by Whisk by JENKI Matcha at Borough Market.

Sweet Things Bakery
Tucked near Primrose Hill, this bakery is home to my all-time favorite cinnamon roll. Perfectly balanced, it wasn’t overly sweet and had just the right touch of cinnamon—though, as a true cinnamon enthusiast, I wouldn’t mind doubling the amount of cinnamon. Their avocado toast with eggs breakfast was also incredible and I can’t wait to go back.

Primrose Hill
Primrose Hill is a hidden gem that deserves a spot on your London itinerary! Primrose Hill is located in Camden, just a short journey from the city’s main attractions. The hill overlooks Regents Park and provides a beautiful backdrop of London for a picnic or a walk, especially during summer or on a sunny day. Stroll streets around Primrose Hill as the neighborhood is quiet and full of quintessential London architecture.

Westminster Abbey for evensong
Did you know you can visit Westminster Abbey for Evensong? Evensong is sung prayer, usually in the evening. At Westminster Abbey, Evensong is free to attend though a security check is conducted before entering and no recording of the service is allowed.

St. Luke’s Mews
Typing “St. Luke’s Mews” into CityMapper or Google Maps will lead you to one of Notting Hill’s most picturesque streets. There are many “mews” in London, though this specific street is home to where Love Actually was filmed. Please remember this is a residential area and not to linger around the home for long.
